Account & Registration

Go to the Register page, fill in your real name, email address, Pakistani mobile number, date of birth and a strong password. Confirm you are 18 or over, agree to the Terms and Conditions, and submit. You will receive a verification message to confirm your email and mobile number. The whole process takes under two minutes.

No. 7vvv operates a strict one account per person policy. If multiple accounts are linked to the same individual, all accounts will be closed and any balances may be forfeited. Register once with your real details and keep that account active.

A copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) is the standard requirement. In some cases a valid passport may also be accepted. KYC is required before your first withdrawal, so it is worth having a clear photo or scan of your CNIC ready as soon as your account is active.

On the Login page, click "Forgot password?", enter the email address or mobile number you registered with, and a reset link will be sent to you. Follow the link to set a new password. Make sure the email or phone you registered with is still active and accessible.

Yes. 7vvv uses industry-standard encryption to protect your personal data and account credentials. Your information is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Full details of how your data is handled are in the Privacy Policy.

Deposits & Withdrawals

7vvv supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit cards and credit cards. All transactions are processed in PKR with no currency conversion required. The payment method you use for deposits is generally the same one available for withdrawals.

JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically reflected in your 7vvv wallet within a few minutes of the payment provider confirming the transaction. Bank transfers may take slightly longer depending on your bank's processing time. If your deposit has not appeared after 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference.

Go to the withdrawal section in your account dashboard, select your preferred method, enter the amount in PKR and confirm. Your first withdrawal requires KYC verification to be completed first. Standard withdrawals are processed within 24 hours. VIP users at higher tiers may benefit from same-day processing.

No. All payment methods used on 7vvv must be registered in your own name. Third-party payments are not accepted. Depositing through an account that does not belong to you may result in the transaction being declined or your 7vvv account being flagged for review.

7vvv does not charge platform fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (JazzCash, Easypaisa, your bank, etc.) may apply their own transaction charges according to their own fee schedule. Check with your provider if you are unsure.

Sports Betting

Cricket is the primary focus — Pakistan Super League (PSL) T20 matches, international T20s, ODIs and Test series all have dedicated betting markets. Football, Esports and other international sports are also available. Live in-play betting is supported across most major matches, so you can place bets as the game is happening.

In-play betting — also called live betting — means you can place bets on a match or game while it is actively being played. Odds update in real time as the game progresses. For example, during a PSL T20 you can bet on the next wicket, the current over's run total, or the final match result — all while the match is live.

Your full betting history is available in your account dashboard after logging in. Each entry shows the event, the market you bet on, the stake in PKR, the odds at the time, and the outcome. Unsettled bets are shown separately and updated as results come in.

If a match is officially cancelled before it starts, all bets on that event are voided and your stake is returned to your wallet. For matches abandoned mid-way (such as a cricket match stopped due to rain), settlement follows the official result as declared by the relevant governing body. Casino & Game Lobby

The game lobby and casino section together include slots, live dealer Roulette, Baccarat, Blackjack, Poker variants, crash games and instant-win titles. Games come from established third-party providers and are available to all registered users from the moment their account is active and funded.

All RNG (Random Number Generator) based games — slots, digital table games and instant-win titles — are certified by independent testing laboratories. Live casino games are streamed in real time with physical cards, balls and wheels, operating under the oversight of the game studios that provide them.

Yes. Your PKR wallet is shared across the entire 7vvv platform. The same balance is used whether you are placing a cricket bet, spinning a slot, or sitting at a live Baccarat table. There is no need to transfer funds between different sections of the platform.

VIP Programme

VIP points are earned on every qualifying bet placed in the sportsbook and on every qualifying wager made in the casino and game lobby. Points accumulate automatically — there is nothing to activate. As you move up through VIP tiers, you gain access to higher daily and weekly withdrawal limits, faster withdrawal processing, exclusive bonus offers not available to standard accounts, and a dedicated support contact. The specific benefits and point thresholds for each tier are listed on the VIP page.

VIP point expiry terms depend on account activity levels. Points may reset if an account is inactive for an extended period. To avoid any loss of points, keep your account active with regular qualifying activity. Full expiry rules are outlined in the Terms and Conditions.

Responsible Gaming

Deposit limits are available in your account settings. You can set a daily, weekly or monthly cap in PKR. Once set, the limit applies immediately and cannot be increased for a cooling-off period to prevent impulsive decisions. Reductions take effect straight away. Self-exclusion temporarily or permanently blocks access to your 7vvv account. It is available in your account settings under Responsible Gaming tools. Once activated, you will not be able to log in or access your wallet for the duration of the exclusion period. If you feel your gambling habits are becoming a problem, use this tool without hesitation.

7vvv is designed to be accessible for both new and experienced users. If you are new to online betting or casino games, start with small PKR amounts while you get familiar with how the platform works.
