Terms and Conditions for 7vvv Platform

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and 7vvv ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing the 7vvv website at 7vvv.onl or downloading and using the 7vvv app, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any additional rules, policies or guidelines published on the platform.

These Terms apply to all activities on the platform including sports betting, casino games, the game lobby, VIP programme participation and any promotional offers. They should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

If you access the platform from within Pakistan or on behalf of a Pakistani resident, you acknowledge that you do so on your own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws and personal obligations.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

To use 7vvv you must meet the following requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account is active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. The platform is strictly for adults. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to close accounts found to belong to minors.
• You must register as an individual using your real name, date of birth and contact details. Fictitious, incomplete or misleading information will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.
• You may only hold one account on the platform. Duplicate accounts are not permitted. If multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same person, all accounts may be closed and any winnings or bonuses voided.
• You must not use the platform if you have previously been self-excluded or if you are subject to a restriction that prevents you from using gambling services.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Any activity carried out using your username and password is your responsibility. Report any unauthorised access to our support team immediately.

7vvv reserves the right to request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation including a copy of a valid CNIC or other government-issued ID before processing withdrawals or lifting account restrictions. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in withdrawal delays or account limitations.

3 Deposits & Payments

All transactions on 7vvv are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, and debit or credit cards. The minimum deposit amount may vary by payment method and is displayed during the deposit process.

Deposits are credited to your 7vvv wallet as soon as the payment is confirmed by the relevant payment provider. Processing times vary by method — JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically instant, while bank transfers may take additional time depending on the sending institution.

• You may only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• 7vvv does not charge a deposit fee, however your payment provider may apply their own charges. Check with your provider before depositing.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once they have been confirmed by the payment provider. Contact support promptly if you believe an error has occurred.
• We reserve the right to reverse a deposit and return funds if we suspect fraud, money laundering or a technical error in the processing chain.

4 Withdrawals

Withdrawals can be requested from your 7vvv wallet to any payment method you have previously used for a deposit, subject to the platform's verification requirements. Withdrawal requests are processed according to your account tier.

• Standard accounts: withdrawals are processed within 24 hours of the request being approved.
• VIP accounts at higher tiers may receive same-day or expedited processing — refer to the VIP Programme page for tier-specific details.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is displayed in your account dashboard and may vary by method.
• Withdrawals are subject to KYC verification. If your account has not been verified, withdrawal requests may be held pending document review.
• We do not charge a withdrawal fee, but your receiving institution may apply charges. We are not responsible for third-party fees.
• Funds that were deposited but not wagered at least once are subject to a review before withdrawal to prevent money laundering via the platform.

7vvv reserves the right to withhold withdrawals and investigate the account if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, abuse of promotions or violation of these Terms.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

7vvv offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing users. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms which are published alongside the offer. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are only available to registered, verified users who are 18 or over.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per user, per household, per IP address and per device unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements apply to all bonus funds. Bonus winnings cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms.
• Only bets placed using real-money funds or bonus funds meeting the minimum odds threshold (as specified per promotion) contribute to wagering requirements.
• 7vvv reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice if there is evidence of abuse, technical error or fraudulent participation.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash outside the wagering requirements or applied retroactively to bets already settled.

6 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting on 7vvv is subject to the following general rules. Additional sport-specific and market-specific rules may be published on the sportsbook pages and take precedence where they conflict with these general rules.

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once confirmed, the odds are locked in and cannot be changed.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to availability and are binding from the moment they are confirmed — including bets placed on events where the score or result may have changed between placement and confirmation due to data feed latency.
• 7vvv reserves the right to void bets where there is evidence of a technical error in the odds feed, a mis-priced market, or where the event outcome was known at the time of betting.
• Accumulators (parlays) require all selections to win for the bet to pay out. A void selection reduces the accumulator to the remaining legs rather than voiding the entire bet, unless otherwise specified.
• Cricket markets — including PSL, international T20, ODI and Test cricket — are settled according to the official result as declared by the relevant cricket board. Rain-affected matches follow Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) adjustments where applicable.
• Cash-out offers, where available, must be accepted before the relevant event concludes. Partial or full cash-out values are calculated in real time and may change rapidly during live play.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed during bet placement.

7 Casino & Game Lobby

The casino and game lobby on 7vvv include slots, table games and live dealer rooms. Game titles are provided by third-party studios and are subject to the rules specific to each game, which are accessible within the game interface.

• All casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Outcomes are determined independently of 7vvv.
• Live dealer games involve real dealers operating in real time via video stream. The rules of each live game (Baccarat, Roulette, Teen Patti, etc.) are displayed in the game interface.
• In the event of a technical disconnection during a casino game, the round outcome will be determined based on the last confirmed game state on our servers. We are not liable for losses caused by disconnections on the user's side.
• 7vvv does not manipulate game outcomes. Where a game malfunction occurs on our end, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned to the user's wallet.
• Progressive jackpot games may have specific rules regarding qualification. Jackpot winnings are paid from the jackpot pool and are subject to verification before payment.

8 VIP Programme

The 7vvv VIP Programme rewards regular players with tier-based benefits including faster withdrawals, higher transaction limits, dedicated account support and exclusive bonuses. Progression through tiers is based on cumulative wagering activity across the sportsbook and casino.

• VIP tier status and associated benefits are subject to change. Changes will be communicated in advance wherever possible.
• 7vvv reserves the right to downgrade a user's VIP tier if activity falls below the qualifying threshold during a review period.
• VIP benefits apply only to the account holder and are non-transferable.
• Abuse of VIP benefits — including artificial wagering patterns designed to trigger tier promotions without genuine play — may result in VIP status being revoked and the account being reviewed.

9 Responsible Gaming

7vvv is committed to providing a safe and responsible entertainment environment. The platform is strictly for adults aged 18 and over. We provide the following responsible gaming tools accessible from your account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps to manage your spending.
• Session time reminders: Receive alerts after a set period of continuous play.

10 Account Suspension & Termination

7vvv reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Providing false, incomplete or misleading registration information.
• Operating more than one account.
• Evidence of fraud, collusion, match-fixing involvement or use of automated betting software (bots).
• Abuse of bonuses or promotions, including the use of multiple accounts or coordinated wagering to exploit offers.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated against the platform without legitimate basis.
• Suspicious or irregular wagering patterns inconsistent with normal recreational play.
• Breach of any other provision of these Terms.

On termination, any real-money balance remaining in the account — after deducting any fraudulently obtained amounts or bonus abuse — will be returned to the user via the original payment method subject to verification. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds may be forfeited upon account closure for rule violations.

11 Limitation of Liability

The 7vvv platform is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform or any specific outcome from use of our services. To the fullest extent permitted, 7vvv shall not be liable for:

• Loss of funds resulting from the user's own actions, errors or failure to read applicable rules.
• Technical failures on third-party systems including payment providers, game studios or internet infrastructure.
• Losses caused by the user's internet connection, device performance or browser compatibility.
• Any indirect, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the platform.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the net deposits made by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Amendments to These Terms

7vvv may update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered users via the email address on file or via a notice displayed upon login. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you disagree with any change, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account and arrange return of any eligible balance.
